Here the link, make sure to read the tutorial though.
http://rapidshare.com/files/76832404/kanns_script_pack.rar

What is this script?
Its a little program you start when you want to use it.
It will run in the background and do NOTHING but changing some hotkeys.
basicly it captures the users input and sends new input instead.
Its programmed in a free script language availible at www.autohotkey.com.
If you wanna see the source just ask me, the script is open to everyone.

Who made it and is it save?
I, kann[nix], made it over the last 2 years or so.
And to be streight forward... it contains NO VIRUSES (as long u download from this source ^^).
Some parts are inspired by code fracments from the autohotkey forum, but i claim it to be 100% my work except the GDI-library by PhiLho.
Since i made it, i can assure you as long you use it as its supposed to be used, it wont harm your pc in any way.
I would make some backups of the save-code-file from time to time, to be secured against system failture.
And all who are afreight of the script, because it contains two dll files, just skip them. The script wills work except the hole "!screen" part, but mostlikely you have those dll's in your system folder anyway...

What features has this script?
It makes saving, loading and storing codes much easier.
It has also integrated spam protection for all the retarded ppl out there.
And more stuff ofc shown on following picture.

Starting the script.

How is load/save working?
Make sure script is started, except you are activated the feature that "!load" will start the script anyway.
Most common mistake users make is pressing enter, instead use space, but check out this examples first.

!save usage

!load usage

!screen usage

yes im english noob tell my english teacher..oh wait i dont have one anymore.
If the !screen window gets fucked up because the screen you made was too big, delete it. maybe ill fix that issue, but probably not.
I recommand the freeware called WSQviewer to view png-images.
Direct-Link: http://www.cognaxon.com/index.php?page=download

If you only use one CODE, like you only play notd:so and dont use save/loading for anything else, you wont have to type a TAG after !save or !load. Just use the default TAG by omitting the TAG as seen below.

Commands overview.
"!save " "!load "
notice that there are 2 SPACES behind !save and !load.

"!save TAG " "!load TAG "
TAG means some name, each name has its own code so you can use the script for different maps the load/save without TAG will use TAG="default"

"!screen" view ini file for discription mainly for swat

Common problems.
-Reading this tutorial seems to be the biggest problem for most people. xD
-Copy/Paste the Code into !save is not possible, this is to prevent some other issues. Sorry but you have to type it. Smile
-Except that dont forget to put !save and !load in the message-line of warcraft3 (except for saving in swat) otherwise the script will type your code right into wc3 and trigger some random wc3-hotkeys.
-When using toggel healthbars waypoints are kind of fucked up sometimes, so i suggest to chose what you like more. :/
-Also Suspend the script outside in chat channel while using toggle healthbars... you will see why. ^^
and last but not least:
-If you still hit enter during saving i cant help you any further... see it as a build in low-iq protection against fatal bugs/errors that might occure between keyboard and chair.
-If the !screen window gets fucked up, because of a too big screen you made, delete it.

Version history
[2.00a]
-fixed !screen to work properly while suspend mode
-fixed hole ScreenCapture storing[/u]
[2.01]

-use AltGr or RAlt on minimap to save up to 5 locations
-type "!ping" to ping those
-type "!clear" to clear the storage
[2.02]
-fix in gui
-fix with german z/y and saving
-change in ce planting
-fixed ping position

I have no idea what's the problem with:

-save

type it

select it

ctrl c

-check ctrl v

finish.

What's so dificult to do that needs a script o.O

lol
its not about pasting the code!
its about storing the code...
just ask nike or sage, when they lost there code the last time xD

/flaming on
besides that the script is much more then just code pasting, i though even BR ppl got enough int to read the first post of a thread before posting their flames.
/flaming off

never post criticism before you tried something, that way you avoid talking about stuff you just cant argue about.

I was commentin on warcraft's post above mine that said about the saving stuff, like it is the star of your script. I know the other things you script does, long ago ofc, since the first post in june. I mean since the first version u posted on eurolag.net. No flaming involved here btw. Now that we got that solved:

I just dont think the save stuff is more important than the other things on your script, cos its an easy thing to do, and that was my point.

Comparing the method of your script (wich is described on the picture you posted) to what I personaly do, I dont see much time gain (2 seconds?) or safety gain (alt tab and paste code to a file name on my desktop). Perharps other ppl has more problems saving than me, or wants more organization about where the file with the code will be.

I didnt criticize your script anyway. Not even the saving system, so I dont know why you are abset. I just dont know why someone can be so overwhelmed ONLY by you saving system.

good we solved that.

anyway i think its a personal oppinion, im lazy and i like that i dont have to care about codes anymore.
personaly, i think the save feature kicks ass, because i used to play tbr, notd2, notd:so, swat (codes for each hero) and multiple lame RPG maps.
i guess even you would be sure, that writing all those codes on papers notepads and file names, would be a huge mess.
especially if you cosider that you cant copy swat codes, because game finnishs right after you get the code.
i know scripts are near to hacks and i could understand critism, but yours was just too snappy, or whatever. nevertheless the save function is a usefull thing. as you said it takes the same time while it is more comfortable.

i hope you accept script users like me and honor it at least a little. Smile

first of all i love the save/load function of ur script and its actually the only thing i use , cause one shouldnt automate too much, since its the human skill making the game interesting

anyways there are 2 things going on my nerves:

the script sometimes takes control over the wrong "active" window, that means if i have 2 windows open(lets say one is the ggc window/channel and the other is a notepad or wc3 chat) then it might happen that u write a command like "! load" then it just writes down in that active window atm although its supposed to write in wc3 chat window onlz

the second thing is the z and y key change, although i disabled this and other keyboardfunctions, the proper keys remain under the scripts control, they just dont have their standard function as long as the script is running

for example i can write z and y in the chat menu of wc3 but the z key is disabled outside of the chat menu

so i have to go through y to get into my marines skill menu( notdso/notd2)

if u did a "light" version of ur script consisting of the save/load function only, that would be great

thx for ur effort and keep it up , see u around Very Happy
