Well We Were doing middle mission, then the ltcol started moving right, till get out of our sight, we fought he was reconing, then he gets back and says that he is infected and ask us to get away from him, after that we dont saw him anymore, wtf happened to him?!? Anything Known tell us

When u finish tags mission you have Marine Logs, you also have marine logs after u finish hatchling mission, read them and it will clarify things abit ;)

Okay i read the marine logs, its about a history of some guys of alpha squad, all em got wounded by dogs, some died.... what now? the ltcol got in contact with a green smoke that pwns ppl?
